What could be the reason why the mail client does not automatically open, when clicking the mail icon from the print preview?

I have 2 databases: TEST and Production. The e-mail client opens both on the TEST and Production databases when I run SAP on the Server. When I run SAP from a Client PC, the mail client opens in the TEST environment, but not in the Productive environment, which tells me something is different between the TEST and Production Database, but I don't know what. How can I check what's happening? When I click the mail icon, nothing happens ...

Any ideas?
