BP name in the tax report

Hi,
our customers need to have a BP name in the tax report. It's necessary,
it's an essential requirement lawful.

We asked to SAP, but it told us:
"For your information, all Swiss legal issue are covered by the Swiss
Add-on, hence the solution forward in order to resolve the issue is to
install the Add-on."

Is it true?
Which Layout should we use?

We are working on a Tax-Report that is running with our coresuite designer. It will be published this year, but we won't tell any dates due to an immense responsability with legal reports!

However, for any legal reportings, you can still use the SAP standard-reports. When it comes to Switzerland there is no requirement for BP-Names in those report. (Even if your custormer or its trustee may insist in that.).
