Summing a detail field

Hi,
I have a

Payments:AdvanceDataBand DataSource = B1_Data.PaymentISR

- a "detail1:Detail"
with the field: Payments("CreditAmount")

- and a "footer2:Footer"


How can I visualise in the footer2 the SUM of the CreditAmounts?

I tried to use Payments.Sum("CreditAmount"), but I have a runtime error

Can someone help me, please?

ps: is it possible to see a log file of the rendering errors of Swiss Addon (the "red" errors wtitten for just a second on the bottom of SBO client)?

Hi Emanuele

If you set the designformtype and the designparameters in the layoutdefinition and then make a preview from the designer you'll get the error msgs in a messagebox.
