Report: sort in Group Band

Hi,
I don't understand how I can sort my data in a Group Band of a report.

I attached an example.
In this pitcure, you can see that the records are not sorted on the HeadBand field.

Can someone help me, please?

Please check if you set the GroupExpression via GetData("..") and NOT by Band like in the attached screenshot.

Hi Emanuele

Try to use groupBand("Field") not GetData("...") in the Header11 Element and the Detail.

And try to avoid Column names with Spaces and other special characters.

I tried to apply the solution... but it doesn't work.


My "gest - Prova Group" query is:

OITW.OnHand AS Qta

FROM OITM LEFT OUTER JOIN
OITB ON OITM.ItmsGrpCod = OITB.ItmsGrpCod LEFT OUTER JOIN
OCRD ON OITM.CardCode = OCRD.CardCode LEFT OUTER JOIN
OITW ON OITM.ItemCode = OITW.ItemCode

WHERE (OITW.OnHand > 0)

ORDER BY OITM.ItemCode



I attached a zip file containing:

1) my layout definition (Prova_Layout.bmp)

2) the Prova_Group.rst file

3) a print example (Print_Example.bmp). As you can see... the report is not sorted by "Articolo" field.

Can someone give me the right configuration to obtain the report grouped by "NomeGruppo" field and sorted by "Articolo" field, please?
