Grid configurator: Summe und Berechtigung

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe mir mittels Grid Configurator eine schöne Auswertung erstellt.

Nun folgende Fragen:

1. Kann ich irgendwie eine (Spalten-) Summe anzeigen lassen? Ähnlich wie im SAP Standard-Abfragefenster wenn man dort STRG + KLICK auf einen Spaltenkopf macht erscheint unten die Summe der Spalte.

2. Wie kann ich am einfachsten Berechtigungen für die Auswertung vergeben? (Auswertung wird im Hauptmenü unter Umsatzberichte angezeigt)

Hello Jacqueline,

1. No that is not supported. One possibility is to calculate the sum in the query and display it on the last row.

2. In the Grid Configurator there is a field "Form Type". Set that to be sure the form type will always be the same. Then use the SAP authorisation functionality to set the appropriate permissions for that form type (Administration > System Initialisation > Authorisations).
