Upgrade Coresuite

Dear all,

We have done an upgrade (friday afternoon) of Coresuite to the latest version. Everything seems to works fine, but we have noticed (friday evening) that since the upgrade of coresuite (we did not do anything else), the following problem occurs:
When you create a service call and you try to add a document (for example a delivery), the document number is not filled anymore. As a result you can not add a document from a service call.
Can someone help me with this problem?

This is imho the default behaviour of b1. just disable coresuite and try again.

Dear Philipp,
I also thought it had nothing to do with the coresuite, but i wanted to be sure.
Now we have upgraded SAP B1 and the problem is fixed. Thanks.

I have another problem on my laptop, i have several companies at my laptop and the coresuite is running fine on several of them, but in one company i get the following message when i start the addon :
"Could not load sip "SWA_LD_SWISSLD" . Coresuite will skip loading this file. Message : invalid field name."
Do you know what can be the solution for this problem?

Hi Bart

You are very unlucky. I suppose you've installed PL34 right?
There are some troubles with this patch which does not allow a addon to generate tables (b1 issue which is in work).

What you can do is to update the db on a system with pl < 32 and the use it on pl 34.

I am indeed on PL34.

So i will wait for SAP to come with a fix for this problem.
