Balance value not printed

Hello, my customer have a chart of account with:

10 Activity
100 Liquidity
1000 Cash

When I run balance layout, it seems to show only the sum of the accout under each subtitle (100 liquidity for example) , not each account...

I tried lots of settings but I didn't find the right way..

Please help me because from yestarday the customer was in go live phase!!

Hi

Please check the Levels - Parameter in the layoutdefinition of the Balancelayout. You should adjust it to the effective number of levels.

The Account Level is not on 5!

You have to change the Layout Settings:

Step 1
Open the Layout "SWA_LD_SumAccounts"
Changes: On the Detailband "Account:Detail" in the Generate - Script :
[u]If AcctBand1("LineType")="D" AND AcctBand1("Levels")=3 And GetData("LD.Par.ShowLevel4")="Y" Then [/u]


Step 2
On the HeaderDetail3 and FooterDetail3 the Visible - Property change to false


Step 3
Layoutdefininition "SWA_LD_SumAccounts".
Change the Parameter "FibuDepth" to 3 on the Register Parameters

Step 4
deactivate the Parameter "ShowLevel4" and "ShowLevel5"
