Suppress printing of zero amounts
Wim Ardon
Hello All,I'm new in using CoreSuite and I really like it. I'm using SBO 6.80.318 and CoreSuite Designer 1.27 (as I need to select multiple paper trays).
I've managed to define my first layout, an AR-invoice. However, there are invoice lines with an amount of zero; these will be printed as 0,00 but I would like to suppress this printing.
How can I achieve this?
Many thanks in advance and best regards,
Cresent bv

Hi WimYou can control the visibility of each control with the Visible - Property.
In this case you should write something like:
DocumentRow("YourAmountField") <> 0
in the visible expression in the bindings.

Hello Philipp,I know how to set visible to False or True, but I don't know how to apply your solution. Could you please help me?
And what does hth mean? A kind of greeting?
Best regards,
Wim

Hi Wimhth means "hope to help" :)
if you wanna make the linetotal field invisible if amount = 0 copy the following expression into the bindings of the visible property:
[quote]iif (isFC,DocumentRow("TotalFrgn"),DocumentRow("LineTotal")) <> 0
For more help on scripting : MSDN , Google
For more help about the designer itself : coresuite designer dokumentation page 48 - 88, or manufacturer link http://www.perpetuumsoft.com
For more help on integration: coresuite designer dokumentation page 1-48
please provide some more details if this doesn't help you.

Hello Philipp,It took some time, but I've managed to apply your solution and is works fine! Thank you very much!
I might need a training! Is there a training scheduled for the Netherlands in the near future?
Thanks again and best regards,
Wim
