Value on Form empty if Optimizer is running

Hi together,

I have an Optimizer who calculates/checks the Due Date. The Optimizer checks if the Due Date is in the correct month (because some specific things at Japan).

The Optimizer triggers the Customer Number (Item 4) on the AR Invoice.

But at the start of the Optimizer the Field "Due Date" is empty. At witch point is the due date filled and possible to start the optimizer. Is there another solution how to trigger the Optimizer if the Due Date will be filled by B1?

Can someone help me?

Hi Sabine,

did you check if the event FormDataLoad or FormLoadCompleted answer your question?

The FormDataLoad is triggered after the data has been loaded from SAP into the form.

Or you can add another rule to conver the missing case.

I calculate now the date manually.

The value to calculate the date automatically will be filled after leaving the field BP-Code.
