Where is the log?

I have written an EasyRowFunction and am told in the system log area that an error has occurred in the row function and to "see log for more info". Where is this log? Checked the Coresuitedebuglog but nothing written to it in many months. See screenprint attached. Thanks.

Hello Huber,

The debug log is written to every time coresuite starts so if it hasn't been written to in several months is strange.

Are you logged on to Windows with the Administrator account? Otherwise you are looking in the wrong place.

Go to Start -> Run in Windows and type %TEMP%, hit enter. That will open the temp directory where the log file is located.

coresuite uses System.IO.Path.GetTempPath() to determine the log directory. You can create an optimizer rule to output the result of that to find out. Should correspond with %TEMP% though.

If you still have no success please log a support ticket.
