Error occured in edditing coresuite cusomize bulletin

I occured a probleme when i want to eddite a bulletin in SERENA GRH-PAIE module; the first system message says that there is no corsuite licence found for the module corsuite customize (knowing that i have an available licence because it works in other database)



The second issue is during edditing a pay bulletin, it says that the formtype "SERPAI_edit" doesn't found even when i install it again.



the attached files will explain the problem when i run the coresuit edition in SAP Business One.

To be honest, I just understand the half of your comment...



Licenses problem:

- I think you have just to assign the licenses to the user (coresuite administration -> administration -> license management) choose current user and assign him the needed license



SERENA GRH-PAIE

- I don’t know this module, could you provide me with more information about it?

Hi Quail,

for the licence try to reassign the licences (even if you have the correct licences assigned to a specific user unassign and reassign them again).

Check in the debugLog if there are errors related to that.



Concerning SERENA GRH-PAIE this issue has been reported by another user (seems to occur only on 8.82) as well. Please contact the Partner Serena which developed the addon.

In case you will not find a solution with Serena please ask them to open a support request with us.

for the licence i tried to reassign it to the specific user but the same problem is always present.



i'll have an online meeting with SERENA this week to solve those issues.
