Function button executes multiple times

Hi,



I installed the latest version of coresuite. (2.91) on SAP 8.81 PL 11.

(Also tested in SAP 8.82 PL 3)





I created a function button on the business partner. with the folowing code:



MessageBox.Show("test","OK");



When I execute the function button the rule executes multiple times. (Sometimes 1, 2 or 3 times)



I checked the task manager: there is only 1 coresuite.exe process running.



As second test I created a counter as global variable in the extended code, and modified the rule.

While executing the function button, the counter counts from 1 to 3.

Hi Ina, did you download the last released version from our portal [url="http://www.coresystems.ch/modul_download_en"]http://www.coresystems.ch/modul_download_en[/url] ?

If you install only the coresuite, the modules are not the latest version.



Be sure that you select the right SAP version when downloading the components.



Let me know if the problem will still occur.

Hi Paolo,



I installed coresuite customize 3.40.16180 and designer 3.40.16167 (support 8.81 SP00 PL10)

PL 11 is not available.

But after upgrading the problem still occurs.

Please review our Systems Requirements:

where we documented that we cannot support SAP 8.82 PL 03 (SAP Note 1681796 - Add-on menus cannot be created).



There is an issue with menu creation in SAP which is resolved in 8.82 PL04. Either the menues are not created or they are created multiple times, that means that customize Function Button rules are executed several times.



The only way to resolve this issue is to upgrade SAP Business One to verison 8.82 PL04.
