Anpassung der Menge in Belgen

Hallo zusammen,



ich hab da mal wieder eine Idee & Frage wie ich das am besten abbilde.



Ich habe bei dem GP ein UDF erzeugt (U_km).

In dieses Feld soll die Anfahrt (Hin- & Rückfahrt) in km eingetragen werden.



Wenn nun z.B. auf einer Rechnung der Artikel "km" eingetragen wird, möchte ich, dass automatisch die Menge auf dem Wert aus ORCD.U_km angepasst wird.



Wie mache ich das am Sinnvollsten?

HI Tobias,



To get the information from a UDF on the Business Partner to fill the quantity of a specific item in an invoice you can use an Optimizer Rule that reacts on the value changed event of the Item Code.



I would suggest to use the type SQL with action Change_Values for performance reason. VB or C# is also possible and maybe more flexible if there are more exceptions.



A sample code could be:

[CODE]

IF '[%G;38;1]' = 'km'

SELECT U_km FROM OCRD WHERE CardCode = '[%G;4]'

[/CODE]
