Item Placement Mixed up after upgrade to 8.8

Dear all,We have a form where we have a lot of udf's. We have created a folder on existing form and arranged all the udf's on it.
After a lot of work, everything was arranged in a proper way on SAP B1 2007.
Now we have upgraded to 8.8 and all fields are mixed up and it is a hell of a job to arrange the items in a proper way.
I have talked to somebody of coresuite support and he told me that SAP has changed the forms and that they are facing the same problem.
Has someone already found a workaround or tips & tricks on how we should arrange the fields in a proper way in 8.8.
Because the "old" fashion is not working anymore.
