Error regarding COR_CUSTOMIZE.SIP

Dear all,

After an upgrade in november last year, some colleques get an error at login of SAP B1.
I hoped that after the upgrade in jan. 2011 this problem would be solved, but unfortenately, the error is still there.

In an earlier messag Sonja wrote about reloading the COR_CUSTOMIZE.SIP, how can I manage that?

SAP B1: 2007A PL 10
Customize version 2.91.13266
Windows server 2008

Hello Carl,

 

looks to me as you encounter a permission problem. Please check the permissions for the user, you are currently logged in.

You can load a new customize version next week (after the release of 3.0).

If you do not find anything, please contact our support, as they do have to check your system.

Thanks for your answer.

I think the problem is caused by Windows 7 as the error only appears at computers with this OS system.

However I've also Windows 7 at my computer and no error appears and I've the same rights as the others. (this was cheacked by the IT personel)

 

I'll wait till next week, maybe the problem will be solved
