How to prevent Sales Documents

Hi.

how can we prevent that the login user with the login name = user4 can see only Sales Quotation documents that have the field Sales Employee = Dirk Eichhorn (mapped as User4) with coresuite customize?

Hi,

you have to catch the formdataload event and return 'false' if you want to prevent SAP to show the content (check on the table of the sales employee if there is a match).
There will be soon a customize rule to download (either here in the forum or directly in the standard rules) that is doing a similar thing (but the link is the salesemployee on the sales employee master data). It will work on the opportunity and the business master data windows.
