Coresuite licence error

Good morning,

My customer has requested a new SAP licence with more Professional Users.

However, when we implement the licence, we are getting the following error:

The coresuite license of the module coresuite customize (1.42) does not match the system id.

Please could you advise what course of action I need to take? Is the error saying that the HW Key has changed?

Dear Greg,

have you checked if the Systemdetails changed in any way? Please log on to our portal and check for which system you have aquired the licence and if those details match your current system details.

Hi Sonja,

We do not have out Partner Portal details. How would we go about getting the login details re-issued?
