Layout crashes on cardcode

Hello,

One of our customers changed recently to coresuite and has a problem now. Certain cardcodes contain a " ' " (single quote) character.
On these cardcodes the layout crashes
(document din on sales order)

Any idea how to solve this without recreating al the customers ?
