Batch articles in 1 row

Hi all,

I have an invoice with a batch article and exist of other batches.

But in the invoice you can see its in 1 row when you check on print-preview you see the other batches.

How can hide the other batches and show as in the invoice?

I do not understand the requirement.

But maybe it helps if you disable the Batch Databand with the visible Property.

Hi Philipp,

Thank you replying me.
I aready remove all the batch databand section in the layout and it's still shows the other batches.

What i want is when you have a batch article i want to summed it up.
See attachments for articlenumber: A164 and A182.

So you are not speaking of Batch Numbers?
I think what you mean is the Document grouping Function.

Hi Philipp,

The articles meant on the invoice are articles with batchnumbers. However i only want to print the quantity and the total amount so not detailed per batch.

In your sreenshot you have selected "Op Artikelen" above the Grid.
That is what i mean...
Is your issue somehow related to this setting?

Okay you are right!
So how do i set when an user select the summary type "By Items" ("Op Artikelen")or "No summary"?
Field name is: SummryType
summary type "No summ.", the value of SBO is 'N'
summary type "By Items", the value of SBO is 'i'

Thanks for the link everything works. Only the rownumbering isn't correct.
I have the value of the numbering is: DocumentRow("VisOrder")+1, is this correct?
