Error during loading coresuite
Thijs Geeris
Hello,Customer is on SBO 2007 P42 with latest coresuite version.
When a spefic users logs into a specific database (DB X) he gets the error:
Exception during loading of coresuite. Please contact your SAP sales Partner.
Message: Data in Table COR_COR_MODULES not added. Could not commit transaction -1116.
This means coresuite doesn't start up. When the same user logs into another database (DB Y) coresuite starts normally. When another user start up coresuite in DB X coresuite starts normally.
So this problem seems to be a database/ user related problem.
What could be wrong?
Found this almost related issue:

Anybody already an idea what could be the problem? The problem seems to occur for more users randomly. After restarting the sbo license server the problem is solved. But after that it keeps coming back randomly for different users. Thanks Thijs

Hello Thijsthis issue is a bug in PL42 which occors on some systems. In the table SEVT of the SBO-COMMON database are some wrong values and because of this it is not possible to modify any data in the related table. The error usually just occurs for one user and company database.
SAP can not resolve the problem at the moment. We are trying to somehow find a clue which may help.
The only way to get rid of the problem is to delete alle entries in the SEVT table. But this has to be done @ own risk since this is not an approved solution of SAP.

Hello Marco,Thanks for the information.
Do you know if the problem is solved in patch 44? In this case we have to upgrade.
Thanks.
Regards Thijs

After deleting the SBO-Common database and installing it again from the patch the problem was solved. So it seemed like a corruption in the common DB.Regards Thijs
