Layout filtered by user

Hi,

I've built a layout on a query and de data is ordered by user. Now I want to filter the data so that the user that's logged into the system and runs the layout, only sees HIS data and not the data from the other users.

Is that possible with coresuite? How?

Yes its possible by using the '[%UserId]' - System Parameter.
Use it in your Query and it should work.

Hi Philip,

When I do that, I get an input form where the user can specify the user to filter on. That's not what I mean, I know that's possible, but I'd like to filter automatically on the user that is logged in and runs the layout.

UserId is already prefilled with the currently logged on user so there is no need to enter it?

Where exactly do you use this param?

I didn't know that coresuite automatically fills the parameter [%UserId] when running the layout.
