No From Address filled in Outlook

Hello,

In Printdefinition I want set a fixed email address in the From address.
I have tryed several ways.
In the Printdefinition From Address field support@dotcombusiness.nl
or SELECT 'support@dotcombusiness.nl' or SELECT T11.Name FROM [dbo].[@DCB_SETTINGS] T11 WHERE T11.Code = 'Support'.
The result is no email address in the From Address field in Outlook.

Please can someone give me a hint.

I found the reason why it doesn't work.
If in the Printdefinition Send Mode is set to 5 - MAPI Prompt then the From address is not filled in. When Send mode is set to 0 - Default it is working well. The Default is also Outlook.
