SAP show blank windows when print and lock itself

Hello

customer says that on some PC and with certain user, when they print a document after save or when they created a service call and then print it, SAP windows appears blank (like when the operating systems is busy) and there isnt network traffic...and the must close all ... by task manager.

we upgraded with windows upgrade at latest patch and coresuite too... but the bad behaviour still exist...

What do you suggest???

Can you confirm that this is only related to print after save.
Elsewise i would check the DNS settings of that client.
