I need the print an e-mail a few document automaticly. The coresuite designer, does not support automatic printing (scheduling) wich i think would be an great enhancment to the designer.
So I tried Batchptinting. I looked at the example in the best practises document. But I don't see why this would help me.
The sample opens the order, wich is selected trough the query, and tha i have to print this manauly.
I must have done something wrong.
I want the following:
I have made a serval lay-outs, wich have predefined parameters. These document need to be printed or e-mailed automaticly. Can this be done with Batchprinting, and how?

Hi RonaldYes you can do this.
Just make sure that all needed Parameters are already in your Query (Batchquery). The Column names are the Parmeter Keys.
Look at the preinstalled Batchquery example and adjust your PrintDef Code which you'll get when opening the according PrintDefinition.
It's best to make a separate PrintDefinition and make all teh settings there. You can even set it to inactive when using this code in the Batchquery.
Please also check the exetended tab so that generated pdf's doesn't get opened.
I recommend you to use the newest beta because we 've made some improvements in this area.
