Label Printing

I'm new to coresuite designer, and have designed a Label format using the default "SWA_LD_ItemLabel" layout definition, which works fine and is linked to the sales order.

I have a UDF yes/no field on the Item master to identify if a label is a retail item or not, I need to link this field to when the sales order is printed it first check the to see if the item is a retail item if it is then label is created for the quantity on the order. if not then just ignores item

Hi

In this case you have to adjust the labelquery and the according copyquery which is used in the printdefintion in the copy - column.
By Default there the Quantity field is taken to determine the nr. of copies.

Just add an Case When MyUDF ='X' THEN 0 ELSE Quantity END to it.
