Error: when i make a new layout

Hi Philipp,

When i create a new layouts or parameters i got the following error:
'To generate this document, first define the numbering series in the Administration module'.

I checked the settings in the Document Numbering, but I have defined the Document Numbering.

The customer using Coresuite Designer version 1.31 with SBO2005A patchlevel 22. Do you know why this error appears?

Hi Chi Fai

There was a generic problem with B1 and UDO's some time ago.
Meaning that every UDO ran into this problem.

You can try to remove all the coresuite designer data with the Method described in the FAQ.

After restarting coresuite on a specific company all the relevant designer data will get reinstalled.

I would also suggest an update to 1.52.

When I follow the method in FAQ will all layouts/printdef removed in the currents databases?

As i mentioned before. All LD - Data of the actual company (not all databases) will be removed.
