Hi Chi FaiThe default document template is already prepared for multilanguage.
By default the language gets selected from the document (using the languagequery "FromDocument" in the printdefinition)
I suppose you are talking about the language when editing them in the Textform?
If yes then just export all the texts (Configform) and then set the import language to "German" and import them again.

Thanks Philipp for your answer, i can't remember, but what i want is in the screen Config->Tab Install, to export the Layouts and Printdefs to a 'German'-localisation/database.

Hi Chi FaiI think this task has nothing todo with localisation a all.
coresuite designer runs for german, dutch, french, italian languages out of the box.
There is no export/import functionality for printdef and layout right now.
There is a possibility to generate a .SIP File which you have to generate manually. But this task is not that easy and needs a lot of xml - typing.
So this packages are ok if you have a lot of custom datasources/params/formtypes in your layout and if you will deploy it to a lot of customers.
The most easiest way to do your task is to export the layout with the designer. Then copy an existing layoutdefinition (if it's an marketing din layout then preferably this one) open the designer and import your previously exported layout.

Hi Philipp,
I want to copy the layouts in a other database, for example i have 2 databases:
database 1 = dutch (Base)
database 2 = german (Target)
In database 1 there's the coresuite layouts files, i want to copy to the database 2 (german) is that possible?
Thanks again,
Chi Fai

Is it possible to give me the xml-code, because the customer has lots layouts/printdef.
Thanks.

Hi Chi FaiNo you have to put it together manually. (1/2 day per Layout if texts/params/formtypes/...) are involved.
And this is only recommended when you intend to use a layout on multiple (lets say more than 3) companies.
