Dunning with Coresuite Designer

How can we use Coresuite Designer to e-mail all dunning letters (PDF) automatically to all customers after running a dunning wizard in SB1.

Hi Mick

You just have to adjust the printdefinition on the DunningLetterSelectGrid - "Layout".
So to make sure you use a recent version of it just got config/install and set this Layout plus the "DunningLetter" - Layout to reinstall and press Reinstall without backup.

Then open the SelectGrid and open the corresponding Printdef.
There you have to check Email and eventually adjust the Queries for the Email Adresses in the Email/Fax Tab (And set the File Type to PDF).

Hi Philipp,

how exactly can I adjust the query for the email address? Somehow I should connect the dunning table with business partner table (OCRD). But I don't know which parameters they are. %DocNum and %DocEntry are unknown variables.

Hi Andre

In case of DunningLetter you don't have DocEntry, DocNum
Check the Dunning Letter Layout and the Params Tab.

There you see what Parameter you can use in your queries.
