Getting Tray Information from Printer

Dear Philipp,

I have a printer where i can not select the right tray because if i click on getting tray information in the layout definition, i do not see any trays.
When i print a document from Word, i can see and select the trays.
For another printer i can see the tray information without any problem. I have reinstalled the drivers for this printer, but it's still the same problem.
Can i try something else?

Hi Bart

In this case there seems to be some incompatibility between driver & .NET.
But you can install the printer twice (with different default tray) and use the second printer in the layoutdefinition.
