Delivery from Service call

Dear all,

I have the following problem :
I want to display the service callID on a delivery made from a service call.
At the moment i save the delivery, the document gets printed automatically, but the callID is not on it. When i reprint the document, the callID is printed.
Is there a solution for this?

Does this also happen when you update the servicell prior creating the delivery?
