Copy layout doesn't work

When I want to copy a marketingDinDocument to a new document the function doesn't work. Normally the name of the document should be NEW_Marketing.... after copying.
I don't get any errormessage. The form data goes to the last layout after copying (SWA_LD_ServiceContract) but there are no new document made in de table.
What could be the problem?
SBO version: 2005 SP01 P27
Coresuite version: 2.10

Hi Jan

Please check if the other UDO's are working.
Just Disable coresuite and goto Extras/userdefined Objects/Forms/SWA_LD_TEXT for example and try to enter a new Entry. If this also fails there is a generic issue with B1.

If only copy fails then please check if you hav newest version of coresuite designer (1.52) installed.
