Problem mit neuem Layouter
Sebastian Wieland

Gruss.

Hello,During my holiday in september, a new release of Coresuite was updated by the help of Mr. Emmeneger.
We needed this update to get the Coresuite Accounting work.
As of the new release, Coresuite Accounting 1.41 and Coresuite Designer 1.72, I can't change the layouts anymore.
The error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object is shown.
I already deinstall and install Coresuite, but I still get the message.
Strange thing is that my collegue, also a superuser, don't have this message and can make changes to the layout by the Open Designer button.
Our SAP B1 is 2005A, SP01 PL 36.
Now I see your warnings at the download site with regard to the PL 32-36 etc. but why can my collegue change the layouts and I can't?
Please advise.
Best regards,

Hi Philipp,Thanks fou your answer.
Still strange that I just compared all data in the Coresuite administration at my collegue's pc and we have(ofcourse) the same levels of update of Coresuite and he has no problems at all.
Before the update I could make all changes in the designer.
Is there nothing else we can check, before we have to update?
Best regards,

Hi CarlNo because this Object reference Bug just occurs on some windows installations.
I would recommend an update anyway.

Hi Phillip,After the update to version 1.81 I can enter the Coresuite Designer again, thanks.
However, when the Coresuite add on is started I and everbody else get a message:
Error in Coresuite - Init
Invalid column name U_Ignore
After pressing the OK button we can continue, but can you please advise me how I can habdle this, so that the message will stay away?
Best regards,

Hi Philipp,Sorry I must be a dummy.
I can't find the usertable SWA_LD_MAIN and searched also the forum for it and see your answers with opening it with the Enterprise manager? Where can I find that one?
There are 3 SWA usertables in SAP B1 (Categories, Instpack and Conf) or am I looking at the wrong place?
Can you help me.
Thanks.
Philipp Knecht
Hi CarlThe following Query wll do it:
UPDATE [@SWA_LD_MAIN] SET U_Version = 0
You can run it from within B1.
