Dear Sir, Madame,I'm trying to use the following query to generate a Coresuite report with a parameter. With the parameter i want to select only one state and the result are business partner of which the delivery address is situated in that particular state. By the way i tested the query in SAP Business One and it works correct.
SELECT T0.Name as 'Provincie', T1.CardName as 'Klantnaam', T1.MailAddres as 'Afleveradres', T1.MailZipCod as 'Postcode Afleveradres', T1.MailCity as 'Plaats Afleveradres', T1.Phone1 as 'Telefoonnr'
FROM OCST T0 INNER JOIN
OCRY T2 ON T0.Country = T2.Code RIGHT OUTER JOIN
OCRD T1 ON T0.Code = T1.State2
WHERE (T1.CardType = 'C') and T0.Name=[%Name]
Anybody, please help me to get this right in Coresuite Lay-out designer. I tried 20 ways with the formtypes and parameters. But the lay-out still gives a message that the fieldname doesn't exists. Although it works in SAP Business One.

Hi Martin,try to use:
..... and T0.Name='[%Name]'
As written in the Layout Designer manual (paragraph 5.2.1) , alphanumerical and date parameters always need to be closed by apostrophes.
Hope it works!
Regards.

Hi MartinAlso check if you've defined the parameter correctly (You don't need to link it to formtype if you intend to make an userquery starting from menu)
A good way to check that is to go to then parameters tab in the Layoutdefinitionfom, delete all the params listed there and press "Get from Datasource".

Dear Philip,Did that done that, but still the errormessage occurs in the Lay-out Designer.
I think it has to do with the way the query is build. I'll check it out.

Dear Phillip,I created a report for production orders. After selecting with Shift + F2 the sales order. The report shows all productionorders linked to this sales order. The problem is that if there are more than 6 or 7 productionorderheaders and lines the lines of the sixth or seventh productionorder are divided over two pages. Instead my customer wants a keep it together function to have the groupheader and lines on one page.
Is it possible to define my lay-out in this particular way?
Philipp Knecht
Hi MartinYou can export in different ways:
- Via Preview -> Export Toolbarbutton
- Via Printdefinition (You even can check the Fax for that purpose)
Keeping together a Band is not possible. But you can set NewPageAfter Property in GroupFooter to true.
