Emailing; no attachment

Hello!When my customer wants to email a quotation, sometimes a question pops up if he wants to send the document as attachment, sometimes not. When he choose to send the quotation as attachment, the document is not included in the email. My customer is NOT a super user.
When I logon and do the same (I'm a superuser), the quotation is attached!
Hope you have a solution.

Hi WimSince we do not Pop up any Dialog of that kind in coresuite designer i must assume that this is the regular PLD way.
Maybe the wrong formtype was in focus when he presses the email button.
Also make sure to define in each Printdefinition (Quotation, Sales Order...) in the Tab "Email/Fax" the export type.
