Coresuite Enterprise Search - Display of closed Service Calls in grey

Hello team at Coresystems,

As I understood in the Enterprise Search the closed service-calls were also greyed out in SAP Version 9. Now in Version 10 we see only greyed out sales- and purchase documents. The service-calls are all equally listed (closed and open service calls). Our customer is using Enterprise Search version 7.30.11261.
