Compatibilty with office 365

Office 365 is now asking to use SMTP authentication with the user set as email sender.

Today we can only set one credential for SMTP, then not all user can send emails throw the SMTP functionalitiy.

Idea is to defined credentials users by users so that we are compatible with office 365
