Coresuite doesn't create pdf by Batchprint

I have SAP 10 FP 2508 and coresuite 8.45 installed. Batchprint and alerts are configured, but coresuite doesn't create a PDF file for me.

  The alarm returns the data for me to generate.

  I also have a license for the designer coresuite assigned.

  Hi,

  did you set up the export path in the PrintDef?
  Otherwise have a look in %temp% / swald

  While working in SAP, a window like the one in the screenshot appears from time to time.How do I turn off this window? When I click print preview, the printout appears and this window appears again.
