Send mails on behalf of with Office 365 Integration in Designer

Hi all,

we're looking for a way to send mails “on behalf of” with CoreSuite Designer Mailer and Office 365. We need to send the mails under common mail address like accounting@… oder orderconfirmation@…  or noreply@… so that customers don't reply to individual persons. Is there any possibility?

In the past we used the “From Address” field which becomes now greyed out when changing the sending method to 10 - Office 365 Prompt. Sending is at the moment only possible in name and email address of the logged in user.

We also don't want that the users have to login to common used mailboxes for seucrity reason, traceability who actually sent the mail and also to not break active Single Sign On login to SAP.

  We are looking for this functionality as well. Office365 allows for sending on behalf of from Outlook but we require it for the direct send method.

  I renew the feature request and it would be nice to have actually both:

  • Send As
  • Send on behalf

  For security resons old sending methods are faded out and we are required to switch to o365.
  But users refuse the switch when they appear with their personal mail as sender.
