Coresuite SwissAddon support

Dear all,

I noticed a worsening in Coresuite Support in the last year.

Now it takes a long time (also 2 weeks) to reply to a new ticket.

Please, can you improve the Coresuite SwissAddon support service?

    Thanks for your feedback regarding the Coresuite support and the long reaction times in the last few months. We know, that we cannot currently provide you the same support as we did in the past. Due to an internal restructuring, we're understaffed at the moment and looking for new Support Engineer colleagues in Windisch and Berlin.
