Create Servicecall and activity from reservation

Dear,

We are looking for a way to write appointments down very fast.

The use case here is that we are using SAP B1 with FSM. The customer makes a phone call to tell that something is broken or wants to have a visit of a technician. Here we want to write down the customer + a short description of the issue, and a specific employee. This is possible while using a reservation. Upon using servicecall, the servicecall needs to be confirmed by the back-end first before it can get on the planning board, which takes to long.

The current feature request is to be able to create a service call and activity from the allready planned reservation without loosing the data input. (customer / description / technician / timings). So under the 3 dots on the right hand side add an option to create servicecall + activity from this reservation.
