FSM - Last Sync not updated with Windows 10


Dear all,

we use the FSM with following equipment:

Backoffice - Workforce Management:

Chrome

Mobile Devices - Dell Tablets

Windows 10

Scenario:

Service Technician synchronizes his Mobile Device in Order to receive and submit latest data.

Within the Planning Board, the latest sync date and time are not updated.

Please have a look on attached screenshots.

Result:

Dispatcher is not able to see the latest sync date and time from service technician.

We would appreciate if this functionality would be implemented.
