Maximum activityfeedsbacks limited to 1.

Please add this feature in a future release...the option to limit the activityfeedback on an Activity to 1. The engineer can report multiple feedbacks on one activity now which is a problem for mapping this back to the ERP system.

  • It's confusing if the engineer reports multiple feedbacks and solutioncodes back to one target record in the ERP system. A second feedback message could overwrite the first. We update the Service Order with the solutioncode and want to be sure we get one correct solutioncode with solution (comments) back. A second message could overwrite the first.

  • No, it's for a Dynamics NAV integration with use of the Coresystems API.
