New version of Coresystems Field Service Management: Release 5.39

What's new in Release 5.39

Today, we are happy to announce the forthcoming release of Coresystems Field Service Software version 5.39.

Highlights of 5.39 and User Impact:

  • You will now be able to enter skills or expertise directly to your workforce, equipment, items and business partners.
  • Intelligent planning: the system finds the right engineer with the best results for the job.

Get your equipment tagged with skills to help you get the right technician
To ensure a smooth and fast planning, we added the capability to define skills on equipment, items and business partners. This enables field service organizations to manage skills and expertise for the field workforce, and ensures your dispatcher sends the right tech to the right job at the right time. The system will not only take care of linking the relevant skills to each service call, but will propose the best matching technicians, too.

Advanced Functionalities

Cloud: We now save the timezone information for every workflow step being executed, so that you get more accurate time information whenever a step in your workflow has been performed.
