A connected workforce is a more productive workforce
For field service organizations looking to augment their end-to-end service management offering, a chat is the best way to bring field engineers and the service desk together. With the new Slack integration, you can resolve service requests quickly and cost-effectively. (Available on Android and coming soon on iOS). Try it out - here is what you need to do to start.

Favorites are back
We did listen and we are bringing (your individual) favorites back. Just enable favorites in the settings menu and add your most used functions.

Sync, sync, sync
Sync anytime. For iOS we added a sync button on all relevant screens allowing to sync whenever you need to. Android will have it in the next release.

Time & Material Journal
In Workforce Management the dispatcher can now review, edit and approve all expenses, efforts, materials and mileage that have been added by a technician to the T&M Journal.

Take control of your tables
Knowledge Management allows you to create tables having predefined values - very helpful for your field techs when working with tables.

For our advanced users
Advanced users are now enabled to query the cloud in our Administration App and get access to all data stored into it - all this using standard SQL Statements.

For those who need more advanced password rules, we now introduce our advanced password configuration in the Administration App.

Please check also the Release Notes after the release date to have a detail listing of all other changes, bugfixes and performance improvements we did.
