New version of Coresystems Field Service Management: Release 5.26

What's new in Release 5.26

Our Mobile Field Service App got Facelifted: the first step toward a fresh look & feel using state-of-the-art user experience guidelines has been achieved! We will continue to work on improving the usability in the coming versions and will keep you up-to-date.


No conflicts anymore in booking your technicians: our Workforce Management App provides now all you need to make reservations on your workforce prior hard booking them. Just right-click on the Planning board to start your reservations.


For advanced users: if you're using Business Rules in our new Administration App, you can now take advantage of advanced integration through HTTP Requests and call 3rd Party Apps on cloud data changes you're interested in.

Last but not least, we would like to inform you that:

  • We renamed "Assignment Status" into "Workflow Step" to avoid any confusion with the State of the Assignment
  • Group Checkout for specific customers process is now also supported on our Mobile Field Service Client for Windows
  • On our Mobile Field Service App, you'll need to be online at the time of log-in as we need to check your username/password remotely since we introduced a new Authentication Method. We recommend you to stay logged in the app if you are often offline.
