New version of Coresystems Field Service Management: Release 5.25.2

What's new in Release 5.25.2

We recently introduced our new solution called Coresystems Field Service Management Software. Our freshly cooked product still needs some salt & pepper in order to provide an awesome taste... that's why we are releasing today a new hotfix in order to address the most annoying bugs reported so far.

In this release we addressed the following issues:

  • The planning board does not load (ref. CPB-8486)
  • The ServiceCall detail screen does not open an not be opened (ref. CPB-8519)
  • Assignments are created without indication of the address (ref. CPB-8491)
  • Service Calls are not marked as closed after "Technically complete" for SAP ECC account (ref. CPB-8485)
  • The Service Call list does not display data in real-time
  • It's possible to set a Service Call that is already set to Technically complete to Technically complete (ref. CPB-8429)
