This announcement is relevant if you are working with the latest Release of our new iOS Mobile Field Service App 5.26.
The last Release (5.26) brought us some unexpected surprises and we want to quickly provide some details as well as providing some recommendations so as to minimize the chance that your business is affected. These issues are:
- If a Sales Order was set to Draft mode on your Mobile Device with a Release prior to 5.26 and not synchronized, then synchronizing after upgrading to Release 5.26 will result in Sales Orders having the Total set to zero and text in the Item rows replaced with text "***"
- Synchronization can result in large data transfers in some cases or behave unstable
- There is a difference of eight minutes between the time displayed in Workforce Management and that displayed on the Mobile Device when planning an Assignment
- For our Chinese Customers: language was always set to english instead of Chinese.
We are working feverishly on a Hot Fix and it will be released by the 17th of August on the Apple Store
