New Report: Service Ratings of technicians

Dear Customer and Partner, 

This announcement is for SAP Business One users using Service Ratings Reports for their technicians.

We offer a new way to analyze the Service Ratings your customers gave to your technicians during the service checkout. This capability is now integrated into our solution and made available with our Reports Module. For more information see the FAQ entry: How to use the Service Rating Report.

The Service Rating is now deprecated in the Coresystems B1 Connector and this data will no longer be available in SAP. Please use the above mentioned report capabilities to have an overview of your technicians' Service Ratings.
