How to start the cloud connector configuration from scratch


In some cases it's advisable to redo the cloud connector configuration.


How to guide:


  1. Stop the cloud connector
  2. Check whether the cloud connector service is still running inside the task manager
  3. service.PNG
  4. If the service is still running, end it.
  5. Navigate to %programdata%\coresystems\coresuite\ or C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\coresystems\coresuite\ depending on Windows version.
  6. Rename or delete the "sapb1_cloudconnector.dat" file
  7. Start the cloud connector again
  8. You should be prompted to configure the connector again
  9. config.png
  10. Just follow the steps and finish the configuration

After that the connector should start normally.
