ePages - special conditions do not appear for a certain customer

issue description

If a customer logs in to ePages with his user-/password, he doesn't sees the special conditions (for example discount on price).

troubleshooting steps/tips

ePages:
check Users
check usergroups (newCustomers, RegularCustomers)
check Orders
check Product->Pricelists

SAP:
check Pricelists
check BusinessPartner
check payment-terms

Connector:
check ePagesToSAP.xslt
check saporders_converted.xml
